To back up the exception files:
1.
Right-click the MCU icon, click Retrieve Diagnostic Files, and then
click System Diagnostic Files.
The Diagnostic Files dialog box opens.
2.
Enter the destination path name to where you want to copy the diagnostic
files, or click the Browse button and select a destination folder from the
Browse for Folder dialog box.
3.
Click YES to proceed.
