Level Description
_ major The software file of the required version
does not exist. You must reinstall this file.
If this does not solve the problem, consult
your service engineer.
_ major This fault is related to the function:

when the card is in normal state.
_ major The entry is missing in version.txt on the
Main Control's local disk. Consult your
service engineer.
major There was a fatal error in the CCOM card.
This will cause the reset of the CCOM
card. When the reset is complete, the
system should continue to function
normally. This may interfere with On
Going Conferences. It is recommended to
reset the MCU when idle (when there are
no On Going Conferences).
major The span failed to establish a
D-Channel. Check the physical
connection and the network configuration
settings.
minor Occurs after VideoPlus/H.323 card self-
recovery.
