The Performance Monitoring dialog box opens.
The dialog box heading indicates the span being monitored and the
monitoring time interval.
Table C-1, "Performance Monitoring Options." describes the monitored
parameters.

Description
Indicates the number of actual seconds within the
15 minute interval. Possible values are from 0 to
900 seconds.
Indicates the number of valid 15 minute intervals
in the last 24 hour period. Possible values are
from 0 to 96 minutes.
This field only applies when you are monitoring
the performance over a 24 hour period.
Indicates the current status.
Refers to errors on a T1 line, specifically when
the frame structure cannot be found.
