Usage guidelines
When you specify an IPv6 ACL, follow these guidelines:
If the specified ACL does not exist or has no rules, all IPv6 routes can match the ACL.
If a rule in the specified ACL is applied to a VPN instance, the rule does not take effect.
If a rule in the specified ACL is not applied to any VPN instance, the rule takes effect on both
VPN packets and public-network packets.

# Configure node 10 of routing policy policy1 to permit routes whose next hop matches IPv6 prefix
