23. When X0=On and the content of C0 and C10 is subjected to the logical AND
operation, and the result is not equal to 0, Y10=On.
24. When X1=Off and D10 and D0 is subjected to the logical OR operation, and the
result is not equal to 0, Y11=On and remains in that state.
25. When X2 =On and the content of the 32-bit register D200(D201) and 32-bit
register D100(D101) is subjected to the logical XOR operation, and the result is
not equal to 0 or M3=On, M50=On.
