Creating a Host Pool

To create a host pool:
1. Create a DHCP server host address pool.
2. Assign the client name of the host for which static allocation is required.
3. Assign an IP address for the host.
4. Configure the hardware address of the host.
5. Exit from the DHCP instance upon creation of the network pool.
6. Start the DHCP Server to instantiate the network pool.
