5. Check that the "AM 1" is blinking on the gear

position indicator on the meter.

Rotate the throttle grip from the fully closed posi-

tion to the fully opened position, then back to the

fully closed position.

6. Check that the "AM 2" is blinking on the gear

position indicator on the meter (PCM is measur-

ing the fully opened/closed positions of the throt-
