REAR WHEEL/PARKING BRAKE/SUSPENSION
Install the joint pin, brake cable, and adjusting nut to
the brake arm.
Set the parking brake cable clamp to the swingarm
and tighten the bolt.
Install and tighten the air cleaner housing mounting
bolt/washers to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 11 N·m (1.1 kgf·m, 8 lbf·ft)
Install the rear brake caliper to the swingarm.
Install and tighten new rear brake caliper mounting
bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 30 N·m (3.1 kgf·m, 22 lbf·ft)
Adjust the parking brake lever (page 4-20), then
apply the parking brake.
Tighten the rear axle nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 118 N·m (12.0 kgf·m, 87 lbf·ft)
• NSS250A: After installing the rear wheel, check
the distance (air gap) between the sensor and
pulser ring (page 18-26)
Install the muffler (page 3-32).
