DRIVE PULLEY/DRIVEN PULLEY/CLUTCH
Coat new O-rings with oil and install them to each
collar groove.
Fill the crankshaft collar groove with 0.10 g (0.004
oz) of molybdenum disulfide paste.
Apply molybdenum disulfide paste to the drive
shaft collar groove.
Temporarily install the left crankcase cover and then
remove it.
Check the hatched areas of the crankshaft collar,
drive shaft collar and bearings as shown in the illus-
tration for adhesion of the molybdenum disulfide
paste.
If there is any paste on the hatched areas, wipe it off
thoroughly.
Excess paste may adhere to the drive belt, drive pul-
ley and driven pulley while riding.
Install the dowel pins.
