ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

ENGINE REMOVAL

Drain the engine oil (page 4-11).
Drain the coolant (page 7-7).
Remove the following:
– Luggage lower box (page 3-16)
– Spark plug cap (page 4-7)
– Muffler (page 3-32)
Relieve the fuel pressure and remove the fuel feed
hose from the injector side (page 6-71).
Remove the bolts and parking brake cable clamps.
Remove the bolt and rear brake hose clamp.
Remove the bolts and rear brake caliper.
