Intake Pipe - Honda NSS250S Manual

INTAKE PIPE

REMOVAL
Remove the injector (page 6-86).
Loosen the throttle body side of the insulator band
screw.
Remove the bolts, stay and intake pipe.
Remove the insulator A and O-rings.
DISASSEMBLY
Loosen the screw and remove the insulator B from
intake pipe.
ASSEMBLY
Install the insulator B while aligning its slot with the
lug on the intake pipe.
Tighten the insulator band screw to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 5 N·m (0.5 kgf·m, 3.7 lbf·ft)
