Install the retainer onto the caliper bracket.
Check the caliper/bracket pin boots and replace
them if they are hard, deteriorated or damage.

Fill the caliper/bracket pin boots with 0.4 g (0.01 oz)
minimum of silicone grease and install them into
the caliper body and bracket.
Install the caliper bracket to the caliper body.
INSTALLATION
Install the front brake caliper onto the right fork leg.
Install new mounting bolts and tighten them to the
specified torque.
TORQUE: 30 N·m (3.1 kgf·m, 22 lbf·ft)
Connect the brake hoses to the front brake caliper
with the oil bolts and new sealing washers.
Set the hose joints onto the stopper and tighten the
oil bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 34 N·m (3.5 kgf·m, 25 lbf·ft)
Install the front wheel speed sensor (page 18-24).
NSS250A:
Install the brake pads (page 17-14).
Fill and bleed the right/left brake line hydraulic sys-
tem (page 17-9).
