Set the drive belt onto the drive pulley face boss.
Install the drive pulley face onto the crankshaft by
aligning the splines.
Apply oil to new O-rings and install them to the
grooves of the collar.
Fill the grooves of the collar with 0.10 g (0.004 oz) of
molybdenum disulfide paste.
Apply oil to the drive face bolt threads and sealing
washer.
Hold the drive pulley face with the special tool and
install the drive face bolt.
Tighten the drive face bolt to the specified torque.
TOOL:
Universal holder
TORQUE: 83 N·m (8.5 kgf·m, 61 lbf·ft)
Install the left crankcase cover (page 11-9).
