This application program detects the end of measurement with the status byte
after the E4980A/AL is triggered.

Assigns variables and enables error handling by the
subroutine named ErrorHandler.
sets the attribute for timeout processing.
Sets the trigger and status byte.
Waits until the status byte becomes 192. Displays the status
byte while waiting and again after processing.
Closes the I/O bus.
Displays an error number when an error occurs.
