Alarm Meaning
Detection of the Feedback Option Module failed.
An unsupported Safety Option Module was con-
nected.
An unsupported Feedback Option Module was
connected.
Communications could not be initialized between
the SERVOPACK and EtherCAT (CoE) Network
Module within 10 seconds.
An error occurred in communications memory
between the SERVOPACK and EtherCAT (CoE)
Network Module.
Communications could not be synchronized
between the SERVOPACK and EtherCAT (CoE)
Network Module.
An error occurred in communications data
between the SERVOPACK and EtherCAT (CoE)
Network Module.
An error occurred in the input timing of the safety
function signal.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
A timeout error occurred for a EtherCAT com-
mand.
The voltage was low for more than one second
for phase R, S, or T when the main power supply
was ON.
