Alarm Meaning
Vibration was detected during autotuning for the
tuning-less function.
The setting of Pn385 (2385h) (Maximum Motor
Speed) is greater than the maximum motor
speed.
The Servomotor was operating for several sec-
onds to several tens of seconds under a torque
that largely exceeded the rating.
The Servomotor was operating continuously
under a torque that exceeded the rating.
When the dynamic brake was applied, the rota-
tional or linear kinetic energy exceeded the
capacity of the Dynamic Brake Resistor.
The main circuit power supply was frequently
turned ON and OFF.
The surrounding temperature of the control PCB
is abnormal.
The surrounding temperature of the power PCB
is abnormal.
An error occurred in the temperature sensor cir-
cuit.
The temperature of the power transistor is abnor-
mal.
The fan inside the SERVOPACK stopped.
The power supplies to the encoder all failed and
the position data was lost.
There is an error in the checksum results for
encoder memory.
The battery voltage was lower than the specified
level after the control power supply was turned
ON.
There is an internal data error in the encoder.
The encoder was operating at high speed when
the power was turned ON.
The internal temperature of encoder is too high.
The internal temperature of motor is too high.
The input voltage (temperature) for the overheat
protection input (TH) signal exceeded the setting
of Pn61B (261Bh) (Overheat Alarm Level).
A failure occurred in the linear encoder.
An error occurred in the linear encoder.
An error occurred in the external encoder.
An error occurred in the Serial Converter Unit.
An error occurred in the external encoder.
An error occurred in the position data of the
external encoder.
