Alarm Meaning
A parameter setting is outside of the setting
range.
The setting of Pn212 (2212h) (Encoder Output
Pulses) or Pn281 (2281h) (Encoder Output Reso-
lution) is outside of the setting range or does not
satisfy the setting conditions.
• The value of the program jogging movement
speed (Pn533 (2533h) or Pn585 (2585h)) is
below the setting range.
• The required parameters (Pn001, Pn601, and
Pn604) have not been set.
The settings of the Option Module and Pn002 =
n.X (External Encoder Usage) do not
match.
The capacities of the SERVOPACK and Servomo-
tor do not match.
An unsupported device was connected.
The connected motor is a different type of motor
from the previously connected motor.
The setting of Pn282 (2282h) (Linear Encoder
Pitch) has not been changed from the default set-
ting.
The Servo ON command (Enable Operation com-
mand) was sent from the host controller after a
utility function that turns ON the Servomotor was
executed.
An overcurrent flowed through the power transis-
tor or the heat sink overheated.
The current to the motor exceeded the allowable
current.
The built-in brake relay malfunctioned.
The number of built-in brake relay operations
exceeded the service life of the relay.
There is an error related to regeneration.
A regenerative overload occurred.
• The AC power supply input setting or DC power
supply input setting is not correct.
• The power supply wiring is not correct.
The main circuit DC voltage is too high.
The main circuit DC voltage is too low.
The capacitor in the main circuit has deteriorated
or is faulty.
The motor exceeded the maximum speed.
• Rotary Servomotor: The pulse output speed for
the setting of Pn212 (2212h) (Encoder Output
Pulses) was exceeded.
• Linear Servomotor: The motor speed upper
limit for the setting of Pn281 (2281h) (Encoder
Output Resolution) was exceeded.
Abnormal oscillation was detected in the motor
speed.
