3.3.2 Creating a VLAN

Context
Do as follows on the S9300 that need to be configured with VLANs.
Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
vlan vlan-id
A VLAN is created and the VLAN view is displayed.
Step 3 (Optional) Run:

The description of the VLAN is set.
The description of a VLAN is set for managing and memorizing the VLAN. By default, the
description of a VLAN shows the VLAN ID. For example, the description of VLAN 15 is
"VLAN 0015".
