4.3.2 Configuring VLAN Mapping of a Single Tag on an Interface

Context
Do as follows on the S9300 where you need to configure VLAN mapping of a single VLAN
tag.
Procedure
Step 1 Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
interface interface-type interface-number
The Ethernet interface view is displayed.
Step 3 Run:
port link-type trunk
The link type of the interface is set.
By default, the link type of an interface is hybrid.
Step 4 Run:
port trunk allow-pass vlan vlan-id
The trunk interface or hybrid interface is added to the local VLAN. The tags of the frames from
the specified VLAN are not removed when they pass the interface.
To implement communication between VLANs through the single VLAN tag, you must run the
port trunk allow-pass vlan command to add the interface to the VLAN specified by map-
vlan.
Step 5 Run:
port vlan-mapping outside-vlan vlan-id1 map-vlan vlan-id2
The VLAN mapping of a single tag is configured on the interface.
The VLAN specified by vlan-id2 cannot be a VLAN enabled with MultiProtocol Label
Switching (MPLS); otherwise, the configuration of VLAN mapping does not take effect.
