Applicable Environment
Users in a VLAN belong to the same broadcast domain; therefore, you need to isolate Layer 2
users to prevent broadcast storms. The isolated Layer 2 users, however, need to communicate.
In this case, you can enable intra-VLAN proxy ARP.
