Product Configuration via the Web UI
Once SecureSync has been setup and connected to your network, you may configure it, change
its operating settings, check status, and generate reports, using the Web User Interface (through-
out this document referred to as "Web UI").

NOTE –
You can restore your SecureSync's configuration to the factory settings at
any time. See "Resetting the Unit to Factory Configuration" on page 218.
NOTE –
During configuration it may be necessary to power down or restart
SecureSync. In this case a HALT command should be issued prior to removing
power from the unit. Failure to do so may cause SecureSyncto take longer to boot on
the next power up cycle. After the HALT command is issued via the front panel
keypad, or the Web UI, wait until the information display reads 'Power off
SecureSync' before removing power. See also "Issuing the HALT Command Before
Removing Power" on page 222.
NOTE –
Screens displayed in this manual are for illustrative purposes. Actual
screens may vary depending upon your particular SecureSync configuration (e.g.,
whether or not certain option cards are installed).
