Return Shipments
Please contact Spectracom Technical Support before returning any equipment to Spectracom.
Technical Support must provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to
shipment.
When contacting Technical Support, please be prepared to provide your equipment serial number
(s) and a description of the failure symptoms or issues you would like resolved.
Freight to Spectracom is to be prepaid by the customer.
NOTE –
shipped in its original packing material. Save all packaging material for this purpose.
