FTP

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.
FTP is used for pulling (getting) or pushing (putting) ASCII or binary files between two nodes on a TCP/IP network. If set up, the
FTP connection can either be realized via an anonymous or a known user account. FTP is one of the standard protocols
defined for use on a TCP/IP network.
