Background information
Activate the automatic sending of dump files to Network Reference Stations support when the receiver detects a problem.
The FTP push to Leica NRS support only works if there is an active connection to the internet. If the internet
connection is down, and the FTP push fails, then the dump files can be found in the Transfer / Settings
folder on the SD card.
Setting Descriptions
The table below describes the settings that can be configured on the Properties page.
Support tool
Description
Automatic mode
Select to activate Automatic mode.
If activated and the receiver has a problem while operating, it will automatically retrieve the
necessary information and send it via FTP push to NRS support.
Operator, Company,
Country, Email
Enter the details in each field and press
Support: Support tool page. If the automatic mode is activated then these fields must be
filled in.
Leica support access
Description
Enable Leica support
Activate to allow a Leica Support employee access to the receiver's web interface.

Binary data logging
Description
Enable binary data
Activate to enable LB2 binary data logging.
