CMR and CMR+ send out reference station coordinates of the antenna phase center, not the ARP. Additionally, the distance
from the marker to the antenna phase center is transmitted. The reference station antenna type is not transferred (i.e. not
known to rover). The rover can therefore not reduce the antenna coordinate to the ARP. The reference station height seen on
the rover will therefore not be the height reading as entered on the reference station but the entered antenna height reading
plus the vertical antenna phase center offset.
