Incoming data stream wizard: Configure TCP/IP server

The receiver works as a TCP server allowing TCP clients to connect to the receiver's ports and transmit the data streams to the
GR/GM series receiver.

Enter the TCP/IP port of the receiver.
Select the range of IP addresses that are authorised to access the receiver.
The valid IP range is from 1.0.0.0 to 223.255.255.255.
