8.6.38 show igmpsnooping

This command displays IGMP Snooping information. Configured information is displayed whether or not IGMP Snooping is
enabled. Status information is only displayed when IGMP Snooping is enabled.

Admin Mode - This indicates whether or not IGMP Snooping is active on the switch.
Query Interval Time - This displays the IGMP Query Interval Time. This is the amount of time a switch will wait for a
report for a particular group on a particular interface before it sends a query on that interface. This value may be
configured
Max Response Time - This displays the amount of time the switch will wait after sending a query on an interface because
it did not receive a report for a particular group on that interface. This value may be configured.
Multicast Router Present Expiration Time - If a query is not received on an interface within this amount of time, the
interface is removed from the list of interfaces with multicast routers attached. This value may be configured.
Interfaces Enabled for IGMP Snooping - This is the list of interfaces on which IGMP Snooping is enabled. The following
status values are only displayed when IGMP Snooping is enabled.
Multicast Control Frame Count - This displays the number of multicast control frames that are processed by the CPU.

8.6.39 show mac-address-table gmrp

This command displays the GARP Multicast Registration Protocol (GMRP) entries in the Multicast Forwarding Database (MFDB)
table.

Mac Address - A unicast MAC address for which the switch has forwarding and or filtering information. The format is 6 or
8 two-digit hexadecimal numbers that are separated by colons, for example 01:23:45:67:89:AB. In an IVL system the
MAC address will be displayed as 8 bytes.
Type - This displays the type of the entry. Static entries are those that are configured by the end user. Dynamic entries are
added to the table as a result of a learning process or protocol.
Description - The text description of this multicast table entry.
Interfaces - The list of interfaces that are designated for forwarding (Fwd:) and filtering (Flt:).

This command displays the IGMP Snooping entries in the Multicast Forwarding Database (MFDB) table.
