turned on.
Verify connections
from the pedestal to
power source and
ground.
Verify power cable
connections from
pedestal to top cap
through power
monitor boards.
Ensure that jumper
settings on power
monitor boards are
correct and that
the board is properly
seated.
Check for PWR xxx
messages at the
Meridian 1 system
console.
