The state of the link between Meridian 1 and the CCR
Description
Module is unknown and the program is unable to communicate link
status between processes.
If the link is up, there is no impact. If the link is down, the

system is unaware of the fact (default link state is up).
Examine the CCR log and SysLog files for evidence of

related errors. If system functionality is affected, restart the
application.
