1 Fit-up aid
Pull fit-up aid 1 upwards on the left-
hand headlamp, downwards on the
right-hand headlamp and remove the
bulb from the headlamp with fit-up
aid 1.

Remove bulb 1 from the socket.
Insert new bulb 1 in the socket.

Make sure that the bulb is inserted correctly
in the socket. The bulb must sit level on the sock-
et.
Insert fit-up aid 1 into the headlamp
so that the handle of the fit-up aid
points upwards on the left-hand head-
lamp, downwards on the right-hand
headlamp.
Pull the fit-up aid downwards on the
left-hand headlamp, upwards on the
right-hand headlamp until it engages.
Replace the cover ( page 478) and
close it until you hear it engage.

Switch off the lights.
Open the bonnet.
Remove the cover ( page 478).

2 Cable duct
Turn bulb holder 1 anti-clockwise un-
til it disengages.
Remove bulb holder 1.
Press the two lugs on the left and right
of bulb holder 1 and pull the bulb out
of the socket.
Insert the new bulb into the socket until
it engages.
