To switch off navigation announce-

ments: press and hold the o button

during an announcement until the an-

nouncement is switched off.

guidance instructions have been mut-

off even if you start a new route guidance or if

COMAND is switched off and on with the o

If you switch COMAND off by removing the key

from the ignition lock and then switch the igni-

tion back on after more than 3 minutes, the mes-

sages are automatically switched back on.

ments back on manually: select

ing an automatic announcement – see

Call up an announcement manually

using "Navi"
