Fitting a different bracket
If your mobile phone is not compatible with
the existing bracket, remove this bracket
and then fit the new one.
Removing the existing bracket
Example
1 To release the bracket
2 To remove the bracket
3 Bracket
Press the release button in the
direction of arrow 1 and remove
bracket 3 in the direction of arrow 2.

Example
1 Contact plate
2 Recesses
3 Bracket
Insert bracket 3 into recesses 2 of
contact plate 1.
Slide bracket 3 forwards until it en-
gages.
Infrared reflecting windscreen*
The infrared reflecting glass prevents the
vehicle interior from becoming too hot. The
reflecting glass also blocks radio waves up
into the gigahertz range.
Radio-controlled equipment (e.g. toll re-
cording systems) can be installed on spe-
cial areas 1 and 3 on the windscreen
which are transparent to radio waves.
These areas can best be seen from outside
the vehicle by observing the light reflected
off the windscreen.
