Cancelling Parking Guidance
Press the Park Assist button on the
dashboard ( page 317).
Parking Guidance is cancelled immedi-
ately and Park Assist switched off. No
message appears on the multi-function
display.
Parking Guidance is automatically aborted
if it is no longer possible to guide the vehi-
cle into the parking space or a fault occurs.
The parking space disappears and the
"Parking Guidance cancelled" message ap-
pears on the multi-function display.

Reversing camera*
The reversing camera is an electronic and
visual parking aid. It shows you the area
behind the vehicle, in the COMAND dis-
play. In addition to the camera function,
it assists you by providing guide lines
when:
backing up and parking in reverse
parking in parallel
The area behind the vehicle is shown as a
mirror image, as you would see it in the
rear-view mirror.
The reversing camera is located in the boot
lid handle strip.
