5 To switch the right-hand reading lamp

Automatic control
To switch off: press button 4.
The OFF indicator lamp next to the but-
ton lights up.
To switch on: press button 4.
The interior lighting switches on when
you:
unlock the vehicle
open a door
remove the key
The interior lighting has a delayed
switch-off feature.
Manual control
Front interior lighting
To switch on or off: press button 3.
Rear interior lighting
To switch on or off: press button 2.
Front reading lamps
To switch on or off: press button 1
or 5.
Ambient lighting*
Adjust the brightness of the ambient
lighting using COMAND with the "Ambi-
ent light" function ( page 206).
