PRIMEQUEST 1000 Series General Description
CHAPTER 9 Server Maintenance
The agent log is a history of actions taken by PSA (e.g., log output, REMCS transmission, SNMP trap transmission).
The agent log can hold up to 5,000 entries, which are stored in binary file format. When the log reaches the maximum
allowable number of entries, the entries will be overwritten sequentially in chronological order.
The collected agent log can be downloaded from the Web-UI.
This section describes agent log operations.

Downloading the agent log
1. Click the [Download] button.
The [Download File] window appears.
2. Click the [Save] button in the [Download File] window.
The [Save As] window appears.
3. Specify the file name in the [Save As] window. Select CSV files (.csv extension) for the file type. Then, click
the [Save] button.
This downloads the CSV file to the specified location. Then, the [Download complete] window appears.
4. Click the [Close] button in the [Download complete] window.
The browser returns to the [Agent Log] window.
Extracting data with filter conditions specified
1. Click the [Filter] button.
The [Agent Log Filtering Condition] window appears.
2. To proceed with setting the conditions, specify the conditions in the [Agent Log Filtering Condition] window.
Then, click the [Apply] button.
This sets the conditions. The browser returns to the [Agent Log] window.
