Action
When the alignment is correct, tighten the screws
one by one, after applying Loctite 243 on their
thread.
Use a brush to lubricate the racks.
CAUTION
Release the carriage brake and push the carriage
manually along the length of its stroke.
Check that the cable chain lies in the centre of
the track and does not collide with any other fixed
parts.
See section Releasing the brake on page 117
instructions on how to release the motor brake.
Secure the cover bracket at the joints with two
screws(A) .
Refit the screw(B) and nut manually and stop
when the screw touches the section.
Tighten the nut.
