Press the 'Headland Assist' touch button to select or deselect it.
D. Goldacres Headland Assist
The G-Hub provides Headland Assist which is used to lift the
boom to a predetermined height when in Headland Mode, then
returns to spray height when back in Spray Mode.
The Low & High Set Points set the boom height above the
target when not using XRT options.
To Select the Headland Assist:
Press the 'Headland Assist' touch button to select or
deselect the function.
The touch button displays Green when selected & Grey
when deselected.
Select the Headland Assist to activate the Headland Assist function.
However, when a Cruiser has the optional XRT installed, deselect to de-activate
the Headland Assist function.

Set the 'Low Set Point' and 'High Set Point' of the Headland Assist when not
using XRT options.
To Set the Low Set Point (1m):
The Low Set Point can be set to any height depending on
target height & nozzle selection.
1 Press the 'Low Set Point (1m)' display touch button and
a numerical keypad appears.
2 Lower the boom eg, 1 metre above the target (distance
from nozzle tip to target).
3 Press 'Set'
Sensor value will be between 4000 & 20000.
To Set the High Set Point (2m):
The High Set Point can be set to any height depending on
target height & nozzle selection.
1 Press the 'High Set Point (2m)' display touch button
and a numerical keypad appears.
2 Raise the boom eg, 2 metres above the target (distance
from nozzle tip to the target).
3 Press 'Set'.
Sensor value will be between 4000 & 20000.
The Low Set Point & High Set Point are only required for Crop Cruisers not fitted
with XRT options.
Height is measured from the target to the tip of the nozzle.
Setting Up – Preparation for Use
Unlock the Steering change touch button & set the Steering Field Mode value.
E. Steering
The Steering features variable control and this steering setting
controls the sensitivity of the steering wheel (number of steering
wheel rotations required to effect lock to lock turning at low
engine rpm (idle). Settings range from 1 to 5 (setting 5 is the
least steering wheel rotation needed for turning lock to lock).
To Set the Steering Field Mode:
1 Press the 'Steering Field Mode' display touch button
and a numerical keypad appears.
2 Press the numbers to set the value, eg, 2, then press
Enter. The screen returns to the Hydraulics tab screen
with eg, '2' displayed in the 'Steering Field Mode'
display.
With the variable control steering, the aggressiveness of steering decreases as
speed increases.
