Agilent Nano Indenter G200 User's Guide
Your G200 is provided with two standard reference materials: Corning
7980 (fused silica) and Borofloat. These materials include calibration
certificates, on the left in
Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio that were determined by
ultrasound. Each block is marked with a serial number, as shown on the
right in Figure 3- 23 on page 3-19. The replacement calibration
certificate can be obtained from Agilent with this serial number. These
standard reference materials are used to indirectly verify the instrument
according to ISO-14577.

The test methods that comply with ISO 14577 acquire data from the
temperature probe inside the G200 cabinet, as shown in
