Insert before/Insert after: these commands invoke the Insert Test
Segments dialog box, as shown in

Select the type of test segment that you want. To get information about a
test segment:
Click the Help button.

Click the Help Topics button in the Help dialog box.

Type in the name of the test segment in the first field.

Click the OK button when you have made your selection. The test
segment will be inserted either before or after the currently selected test
segment (depending on the command that you selected from the
right-click menu).
Delete: this command deletes the selected test segment without placing
the test segment on the Windows clipboard.
Cut: this command deletes the selected test segment and places it on the
Windows clipboard.
Copy: this command copies the selected test segment to the Windows
clipboard.
If a test segment is on the Windows clipboard, then the Paste command
will be available.
Paste: this command pastes the copied test segment after the currently
selected test segment.
To relocate a test segment within a folder, use the Cut and Paste
commands to cut the test segment from its current location and paste it
at its new location. You cannot cut and paste more than one segment at a
time.
