The available results are:
Points Excluded: Points rendered invalid and excluded from reported
results by the Filter Graph function (Help menu provides further
information on this subject).
Disp Into Surface (nm): Peak indentation displacement, averaged over
all valid indents in the test array.
Modulus (GPa): Young's modulus, averaged over all valid indents in
the test array.
Modulus SD (GPa): Standard deviation of valid Young's modulus
measurements for the test array.
Hardness (GPa): Hardness, averaged over all valid indents in the test
array.
Hardness SD (GPa): Standard deviation of valid hardness
measurements for the test array.
Stiffness (N/m): Contact stiffness, averaged over all valid indents in the
test array. If the contact stiffness is more than 10 % of the frame
stiffness, best results may require the determination of frame stiffness
