Setting the Displacement Range for Averaged Properties

Agilent Nano Indenter G200 User's Guide
CSM test methods return properties as a continuous function of
displacement into the test surface. These properties may be averaged
over a specific displacement range in order to report single values for
these properties. You can set this range using the following procedure:
In the Data pane on the Review page, highlight the Minimum
1
Calculation Depth input and edit its value to the minimum
displacement to be used in calculating hardness and modulus.
Highlight the Maximum Calculation Depth input and edit its value
2
to the maximum displacement to be used in calculating hardness and
modulus.
Click anywhere else in the Data pane to update that field.
3
Select Recalculate Sample from the Tools menu.
4
Continuous Stiffness Measurement A
A-7
