Overload Advance Notice Signal
When the output current exceeds a
preset value, the [OL] terminal
signal turns ON. The parameter
and sets the overload
threshold. (Two thresholds can be
set.) The overload detection circuit
operates during powered motor
operation and during regenerative
braking. The output circuits use
open-collector transistors, and are
active low.

The example circuit for terminal [11] drives a relay
coil. Note the use of a diode to prevent the
negative-going turn-off spike generated by the coil
from damaging the inverter's output transistor.
