0 = selected by AEN (A value) or chroma key
1 = using DATA[31:24] data in word boundary (only when
BPPMODE_F = 4'b1101)
DATA[31:28], [15:12] data in word boundary (only when
BPPMODE_F = 4'b1110)
[0] Video output and the logic immediately enable/disable.
0 = Disables the video output and the VIDEO control signal.
