GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The dac6620t_50p is a 10-bit 3channel CMOS Digital-to-Analog converter for general applications.
Its maximum conversion rate is 54MHz. It operates at analog power, 2.7V to 3.3V and provides full scale output
currents of 6.5mA at one channel with 200 ohm load for 1.3V.
The dac6620t_50p has a power down mode to reduce power consumption during inactive periods.
