Black burst test mode enable. If set, all of the bit fields in
SDO_CONFIG register except 'Selection of Video Mux for
DAC 0, 1, and 2' bit are discarded and SDO enters black
burst test mode. In order to enable black burst test,
'Selection of Video Mux for DAC 0, 1, and 2' bit has to be set
to zero.
