Note:
Using a call restrictor, the exchange line authorisations granted can be limited
to certain phone numbers.
Using a call deblocker, certain phone numbers can be added to the exchange
line authorisations granted here.
With telephone book authorisation you are permitted to dial all the phone
numbers entered in the telephone book.
A subscriber can also be prevented from accessing an exchange line by
having an empty call allowance account.
4. If Exchange line-dependent is selected: Click Expert and select the required
exchange line authorisations in the list fields for the individual external connections.

Configuring Exchange Line Authorisation for Groups

Proceed as follows:
• Separately for groups
• Separately for configurations
• Using the configuration manager
Note: As described in the following, the setting is also possible via profiles (...
> Profiles > Configuration > Configure > ...). If the check box Profile-
controlled settings has been selected, the property set in the right-hand
column will apply. For assignment of the profile, see chapter Settings >
Profiles.
1. Open the page Groups > Properties > Exchange line settings.
2. In the list field at the top, select the group in question by its name or number.
3. In the Exchange line authorisation list field, select one of the following options:
International: All national and international phone numbers can be dialled.
