Picking up a Direct Call to a Group Member
Proceed as follows:
• Using a speed-dialling key on a system telephone
Requirements:
• ISDN telephone or VoIP system telephone with speed-dialling keys and LED signalling
• In order to display the caller's phone number and name:
– VoIP telephone from another manufacturer: SIP convenience package enabled
(optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details > Basic Assembly and
Extensions)
– Preliminary pick-up query and monitoring enabled
• Pick-up of all calls to group members enabled for the group
• Authorisation Pick-up assigned to the subscriber
• To pick up an external call: Exchange line authorisation assigned to the subscriber for
incoming calls (International, National, City or only incoming, with emergency call)
• Speed-dialling key configured for the group
1. Press the speed-dialling key configured for the group.
If Preliminary pick-up query and monitoring is enabled in the subscriber properties
of the called group member, the name and phone number of the caller are displayed.
If Preliminary pick-up query and monitoring is disabled in the subscriber
properties of the called group member, Anonymous will be displayed.
2. Press the speed-dialling key a second time.
3. Pick up the receiver.
You are connected to the caller.
