Searching for a Fax

Note: Click the column headings to change the sorting criteria. Click the

column headings again to change the sorting order.

5. In the Options column, select one of the following options:

Clicking this symbols opens a dialogue for opening or saving the corre-

sponding fax.

Clicking this symbols opens a dialogue for moving, copying, or archiving the

corresponding fax.

Clicking this symbols opens a dialogue for sending the corresponding fax via e-

mail. If the configurations for e-mail transfer have not yet been completed (e. g.

missing message recipient),

sent via e-mail.

During the fax transfer the status of the transfer when calling the pages is

displayed under Options. It is not updated automatically. Click

reload the page and update the data displayed.

If the fax could not be transferred,

a status message will be output.

Searching for a Fax

You can search for a stored fax within a fax box.

Proceed as follows:

• Using the configuration manager

Requirements:

• Voice mail/fax function (optional, see chapter Important Information > Product Details >

Basic Assembly and Extensions)

• At least one transferred/received fax

• For admin: User data > Messages
