Switching Authorisation for Speaker Announcements On/Off

If the authorisation for speaker announcements is enabled, the subscriber in question can
perform speaker announcements on the selected announcement output.
Proceed as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• Created announcement output
1. Open the page Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Authorisations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. In the Speaker announcement list field, select one of the available options.

Performing Loudspeaker Announcement

Proceed as follows:
• Using an internal telephone
Requirements:
• Created announcement output
• Authorisation Loudspeaker announcement assigned to the subscriber
1. Dial the internal number of the audio output.
2. Perform the announcement.
