COMfortel 1400, 2600:
In the telephone's contact list the display name will be displayed.
Additionally to the display name, four phone numbers per contact will be displayed.
COMfortel 1200, 1600:
In the contact list of the telephone only the first 16 characters of the display name will be
displayed (perhaps more, depending on space and character width).
Additionally to the display name, four phone numbers per contact will be displayed.
COMfortel 1100, 1500, 2500 (AB), VoIP 2500 AB und DECT 900:
In the contact list of the telephone only the first 16 characters of the display name will be
displayed.
Additionally to the display name only one phone number per contact will be
displayed.Therefore, for these telephones a contact for each phone number must be created
in the contact group Telephone book version 1.

Searching and Displaying a Contact

Proceed as follows:
• Using the configuration manager
Requirements:
• For users: read access to at least one contact group
1. Open the following page:
• As administrator: User data > Address books > Contacts & assignment.
• As a user: Contacts & assignment.
All contacts view appears.
2. Limit your search:
• By contact group: click a contact group.
• Using the filter: enter at least one character or one digit in the Filter line in one or
more of the entry fields.
